Mango once cut?

A mango from Aldi is 390g on the scale.
Once i cut it then it's nowhere near that amount.
To be accurate on myfitnesspal food diary would i simply then weight the sliced parts and then add it to my diary?

Correct, you should weigh the actual amount you're going to eat, not the whole uncut fruit. If you were planning to just pick up the mango and start chomping away, you could weigh it whole, then weigh the remnants once you finish eating, and subtract to find out how much you ate, but most people I know don't really like eating the mango skin so they cut it up.1
