Restarting my weight loss!

Hi there,

I am kick starting my weight loss for the second time as I fell off the bandwagon. I've just recently rejoined the gym and started university and feel it's the right time to do it properly.

I was wondering whether anyone would be willing to help motivate me (I'll do so vice versa).

    set mini goals and rewards (not food, of course). Keep those goals in focus at all times.

  • I restarted last week. I thought I was heavy but I had no idea until I got on the scale last Monday when I found out I was 12 pounds north of my worst estimate.
