After not working out for a l-o-n-g time, I joined a ladies early morning bootcamp. The trainer told me about this web site. Already I'm watching what I eat.and holding myself accountable. It's great to have a tool to help me keep up with my habits and results. I have never had to diet before, so when do you stop feeling hungry? Ckotun

    I'm not sure but I eat like 6 per day - nothing huge but it depends I'm usually a meat and veggie girl so this allows me to eat other things during the day - tonight I'm going to have a weight watcher fudge icecream bar for snack (110 cals) and I also eat my work out calories - so I'm really never hungry....
  • Hi; Have you tried the Great value mini ice cream cones (130cal), and mini ice cream sandwich (100 cal). Just enough. Ck
