Twilight movie-Predatory Eyes

I'm having a hard time remembering where I saw this. I think it was on a vampire movie or sci-fy movie.

There was a scene where a bad character (a vampire? Warewolf? Alien?) Caught sight of it's prey and it's eyes did something weird and predator-y. Maybe the pupils dialated. I think it was something that is comprable to what a human can do (I saw a creepy guy do something recently that reminded me of it.)

Twilight?-I would guess it's that?
Buffy the vampire slayer?
Something horror-movie-y?

I don't have Twilight and I've yet to have luck with online searches.

Even if I can't find the original one I'm thinking of, do you have an alternate example?

Or if you remember about where it was in whichever movie?

Thanks!

:) have you seen the Buffy movie that predates the show?

It's got a different actress, but I believe the first episode of the show makes some references to the plot as if it's supposed to be continuous.

    @Countandsubtract was it this? https://www.hollywood.com/movies/twilight-creator-s-the-host-trailer-vampires-out-glowing-eye-aliens-in-57231277

I believe the movie is about alien zumba instructors out to corrupt Buffy ….. (Kidding. I couldn’t resist!).

If that isn’t what you are looking for google glowing eye vampires and you will get a bazillion images, reddits etc. Don’t give yourself nightmares. . . .

LOL yeah. In the movie theater even. Cuz I'm old. :)

The show mentioned her getting kicked out of her last school due to a fire in the gym...or something like that.

I think I'm like only 1 of 4 people who actually liked the movie!

    :D
You might be one of 6 who remembers it.
I don't remember thinking it was bad. I do think that making Buffy more of an old-soul (minus her word choices) was a good decision for its longevity.

    "How funky is your chicken?"
Possibly one of the strangest lines ever.

This is a Jackson 5 song.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqM3qUtKWds

    Lyrics:
    Show me how funky
Is your chicken now (can you do it, can you do it, can you do it)
Let me see you get away, get away
When the band starts kickin' now
Oh, if you can do the funky chicken better than I can
I don't mind givin' in to the baddest man (to the baddest man)
Ooh, but I said i(i said i) like competition (like competition)
Yeah, yeah, yeah cause a little competition now keeps me condition now
Oh, oh, oh so you better come on (come on)come on (come on)
So get yourself in the groove and get ready to move, come on
    You've been spreadin' rumors
You're the baddest on two feet
    Let me tell you buddy
    I'm ready to compete
    We're gonna have a showdown
    I'm ready, how 'bout you
Oh, we're gonna dance til the midnight hour
Or 'til the sun come shinin' through
Come on (come on) come on (come on) come on yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Put yourself in the groove and get ready to move, come on
    We're gonna have a showdown
Gonna get the low down yeah, yeah, yeah
    Showdown
    You ought to be around

Predator (1987) - Frequently Asked Questions - IMDb
    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093773/faq

    This one?

Why does the Predator's eyes glow for a second while it's invisible?
In the shots where we can see what the Predator sees, sometimes when he is focusing on someone or something, we hear a kind of flash noise as he zooms in on the object. When we see the Predator's eyes flashing/glowing, that is when he is zooming in on what he's looking at. It's also possible the predator was switching vision modes.

Also, it serves two purposes for the viewer: 1) it makes it easier to see the Predator in the scenes where his cloaking device is activated, and 2) purely dramatic effect.
