Does anyone else feel like they eat more than usual but still says your on track to lose weight.

Isn’t it amazing how much you can eat when you are aware of the calorie impact of foods and you plan ahead!

I lost weight absolutely stuffing my face every meal with raw vegetables. It depends on what you are eating.1
