Start logging your food. It made me feel more invested in my weight loss. It becomes routine. I'm down over 57 pounds since February. You can do this!5

I'm now down 70
Just stick to your game plan. Log your food, plan ahead, get in your exercise. I really started losing weight once I started walking anywhere that's walking distance. No more driving to Tim Horton's for my morning coffee. I walk to and from the pool i swim laps at. I feel so great.5 -
I’m with you on struggling with lockdown weight but I’m motivated. I miss my clothes ha. I’m just trying to do each step since I know it works. Stay w/i calories. Do the walking. Took a 28 day step challenge. Write a post a day. Have faith it will work so I don’t self sabotage. Hang in there!1

Lockdown and working from home sitting at a desk 9 hours a day has piled the pounds on me too 😒2

Lockdown was a massive B. I'm in Melbourne Australia and feel like I only recently got out on parole. I packed on the weight and lost all my fitness in the second half of 2021 when the lockdowns just dragged on. I sympathise. But I'm walking, moving, tracking, and not eating like it's the only source of happiness in an otherwise miserable world, so, here we go.2

I’d recommend to any and all if you have struggled with overall mental and physical health decline over the last 2 1/2 years of lockdown to get into your office if it’s allowed. A few days a week will be a good thing for your state of being IMO. Park farthest spot away from getting into the building and your desk. I am about .4 miles from park to desk. Doing that a few times and I have a mile or several logged in a day. Being at home with the fridge close by and attitude of why move more than to walk to it and occasional toilet break has really been detrimental to a lot of folks. Several coworkers have stated I realize how much I don’t move because whenever they do come in it’s surprising to them how easy it is to log in an incidental workout from just walking from their car to their desks. Even if staying @home for work get up earlier and go for just a walk. Plan out your meals, make better choices, take the needed steps for a better lifestyle to deal with the new work reality. Don’t let it be an excuse anymore, but make adjustments to deal with where things are at now. Little at a time will get you to a better place. Don’t try to go all in immediately. Ease into it. Find what works for you. Rooting for you all.0
