Tomorrow is the day i start over, again. I am recently retired so I should be able to do this but my weight has been such a lingering problem for me. Wish me well on my journey.

    Great news on your retirement! I’ve been retired from the Air Force for 15 years and sadly, for me that’s when I start spiraling upward on my weight. I just need to get off my duff and off my phone! Feel free to add me as a friend!
