Ok so I think i had a kick Butt last couple of weeks and im trying to stay under my calories and eat my work out cals and sometimes its not that hard.
I can feel a difference in my arms and legs muscle wise. I can see a difference in the rolls on my tummy THEY WENT DOWN :flowerforyou: :drinker: GO ME GO ME HAPPY DANCE HAPPY DANCE!!!
But still I weighed myself (at night after a day of eating and after working out and drinking tons of H2O)and I gained 1 LB. I dont want to record it cause I actually want to weigh myself at my gym tomorrow and go with that number.
Im not really getting worried that weight isnt coming off cause I have this gut feeling next week its gonna just fall off. Im goign to keep it up and hopefully be able to update Yall on a big number of success next week.
Keep up the good work everyone.:flowerforyou:

You do know that weighing yourself at night is not really the best time to weigh in right? Your weight can fluctuate a ton from morning to night! So don't sweat it and wait for the gym like you said - I think you'll like those results much better! :flowerforyou:

Never weigh at night!!! It's best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. :flowerforyou:
  • Scales can be so deceiving sometimes.. I did a little at home test and weight myself everyday in the morning and at night for a week and basically within in a day I could either gain or lose 3-4 pounds a day. I would suggest choosing one day a week where you weight yourself at the same time. I weight myself on Friday mornings when I first wake up.. This way if I have a “bad” weekend I have the rest of the week to catch up..

Yeah i know i was just excited to see if there was a change and if it was at night after a long day and it I was down I thought that would mean weighing in tomorrow I would be down even more LOL
I know silly but yeah I dont think the scale at home is even close to right so tomorrow at the gym is best.
    Thanks
  • me too working out fanatically, watching caloric intake, TONS of water......ugh i weighed a few lbs more...im sooooo *am* disgusted! I wanted to meet my goal by my 46th bday on the 20th....im FAR from it.......

I know I hate when that happens. I have been doing the same and jsut can not wait till I get to put 5-10-15-20 lbs lost on my profile. I know it takes time but Gosh darn it I want that time now. LOL:laugh:
I gues i cant wait till I get to my goal and just have to maintain it and stay healthy and keep eating healthy.
I guess thats what everyone wants.

It took me almost a month to start losing a large amount of weight! Then after that the weight just started flying off. It just takes determination. You can do it

I weigh first thing in the morning on my weigh in days right after I go to the bathroom with no clothes on. :blushing:
