Back for another try 😊

Hi, Eric here. I’m struggling after retiring from the Military; my current job is somewhat sedentary and I have a long commute. So I don’t exercise as much as I should. I’m trying so hard to get my weight under control but it keeps creeping up. Anyway, this is my first post and I hope it will inspire me to do better this week. Thanks for listening 😊

    You can do it! I can definitely understand. Small things can make a difference. Keep track of what you're eating (that was my biggest problem). On breaks at work, try and get in some steps. They add up. Trust me. Don't get discouraged. You got this.
