anybody trying to lose 25-30lbs??

Im new to this and Im still trying to figure out how things work...Im currently at 184 trying to get down to 150. So if anyone is in the range of losing 25-30lbs please add me as a friend & lets encourage one another ( I NEED ALL THE SUPPORT I CAN GET BECAUSE THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME IVE BEEN ON A WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY)

I so badly want to lose the pound too, but I have heard many stories about muscle weighing more than fat and that it is more a matter of inches as opposed to pounds.
I have to ask myself this to remind myself of that fact: Do you want to be lifted around a lot like a ballerina or to look physically toned and as slim as you see fit?
I would of course choose the latter but if someone could wave a magic wand and get me (5"3 in height) from 168lb to 126lb I would be over the moon - so yes a pretty contradictory comment from me there!0 -
same here.. i only joined end of last month and already i love it!! please feel free to add me.. im trying to get rid of 30lbs too but taking baby steps at the moment.. so each 10lbs ill try reward myself with a little gift..
blackmail my mind into not eating and excerisiing more terrible i know but will see if it works...

you can add me as a friend, just hang in there, I think we all have been there, meaning failed diets,the problem i think with that is we look at it like a diet, if we get in our heads, it's just a modification of what we are eating, then we will be ok.:smooched: :happy:0

Me too i need to lose 28lb by the end of November!!!! i have tried everything but will admit I hate exercise but i know that his is the only way i am going to get to my goal, so i need all the encouragement i can get!!! If I don't lose this weight then my 11 year wait for IVF is gone down the drain.... :-( I really need support please help :-) by the way i have already lost 25lb :-)

Hi! I've been trying to lose 25 pounds for a few months now. Work and stress have been my biggest problem. I'm an emotional eater. Maybe having some buddies to encourage and push will help. Best of luck to all of us!!!!!0

yes i am really trying hard or should i say I am really going to try hard to get this right! i have 51 pounds to lose...i cant even believe it..i guess i dont believe it since i looked in the mirror all these years and thought I looked fine...but really NO i dont....i just got comfortable with myself and comfortable with the way I look...its NOT comfy anymore and I hope and pray that God gives me the strenghth to get it together....we can do this together girl! lets go!0
