Thanks! It might be more because it took me a while to actually weight myself but i am also officially 20lbs under the weight I was when I was pregnant with my first son!0 -

Wow! That is awesome!! I like Zumba but I have started doing a class now called Cardio Night Club, it has more club like music and dance moves. It's awesome and taught by one of my friends. I like Zumba but I always feel so un-coordinated.0

I don't do zumba right now, I just moved and haven't found a steady class to go to yet so I've replaced it with biking. I ride my bike 10 miles at least 4 times a week and it burns more calories than zumba plus it's a lot of fun!
Other than that, just make little changes in your diet, like switching to egg whites or to skim milk cheeses and whole grains. I also make it a point to stay within my calorie goal everyday and if I know it's gonna be a fatty day I try to throw in a good amount of cardio that day.
