Hi guys,

Love to hear your snack ideas for keeping within macronutrients & weight loss goals. All this training I’m getting so hungry.

    Almonds - pistachio’s - plain Greek yogurt with honey and whey or pb2 - cheese sticks - banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter - those are some of my go to’s - good luck out there

    I logged a lot of miles training for that day. And I downed a lot of doughnuts. Little Chocolate Donuts. They taste good, and they’ve got the sugar I need to get me going in the morning. That’s why Little Chocolate Donuts have been on my training table since I was a kid.

    Goldfish crackers for me... Also almonds, greek yogurt, bananas and apples
