Hello!! I decided to rejoin the MFP app again after deciding that I needed to have a healthier life style with my new job. I also want to relieve the stress on my body the weight gain is causing on old surgeries (back/hip/ankle). I am constantly on the road for work and my eating habits have become terrible (fast food or going all day without eating). I’m super excited to join this community and welcome friends 😊 motivation, support and awesome recipes are welcome as well!!

Welcome to the MFP Community! Sorry to hear about the stress on your old surgery sites. I think that happens to all of us, both as we age and when we're stressed or not eating right.
My top tip is to start honestly logging everything you eat before you make changes. Get a picture of where you're at and then you'll have an idea where to go.
