Good Afternoon Everyone!
So I have been a member since the beginning of the year and just today I started going through pictures from the past year. I guess sometimes you do not realize how far you've come until you look at where you started. I wish I would've documents the weight loss a little better but this'll have to do
myfgitnesspal has taught me so much when it comes to my diet and workout habits. I have been at my goal weight for a couple of months now and I must say it feels amazing to be able to wear clothes that had just been sitting in my closet for the past couple of years!
Here is a brief timeline of my journey!
