Still plugging along

Hi, since 8/9/2021 I’ve been using mfp.. . I started at 262. I’m now at 225. I don’t weigh myself cause then I would get anxious. I hated WW because you had to weigh every week. I see docs often so I’m always surprised to have lost more weight. I think I would rather feel it than see the numbers. I record every day, walk 4-5x/day. I will soon be in my 70s, I have back issues which require injections that have enabled me to walk. I walk in my complex because I’m afraid I’ll fall and people are all around me! lol Since I’ve been walking my neighbors are always waving to me and their pets always want to say hello! There is a hiking trail right off my complex but I’m not ready yet to go it alone. I want to reach 190 - 180. I dislike like when people say you look great, you don’t need to lose anymore. I thank them and think I’ll decide when… hope everyone is doing great.
