Please cancel my subscription and refund any money up to this point

To cancel your premium MyFitnessPal subscription, follow the steps below:
Log into your MyFitnessPal account
Select My Home
Select Premium
In the top right-hand corner, select Subscription Settings
To opt of premium at the end of your billing cycle, select the Auto-Renewal menu from On to Off0 -

Hi there,
I don't think this is the place where your problem could be solved.
your subscription can be cancelled through App store if you are Android user.
Simply open Google account on top right when App store app is open and select payments and subscription menu.
Don't have an idea about the refund though.
I guess iPhone has it in the same way.1 -
is there a way to contact a live person at myfitnesspal to get a refund?
