I am here to lose weight and feel good.I would love to hear success stories and tips to follow as I am struggling since 2 years to loose weight but not real success.

    Check out the NSV (non scale victories) thread on the board @Nova sent you to.

    That is hands down the best thread here. I’ve read every single post. I “banked”’posts for those periods I was filling low, felt like I wasn’t progressing fast enough (or at all!), or just needed a boost.
