The "girls" are now uneven....

I have lost 45 pounds and now my breasts are an uneven size. They have always been symetrical and now one is a full cup size smaller than the other.

Does this resolve on its own? If not, is there a way to resolve this through exercise?

Any suggestions other than surgical intervention are welcome.

Thanks!

I wish I could help you - the same thing happened to me! Maybe not a full cup size, but definitely noticeable (to me, at least!)

    Good luck!

I have the same problem. I'm hoping they'll even out as I have around 70lbs still to lose. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but be happy in the knowledge that you're not the only one in that situation.

    Feel free to add me!

Surgery. But mine have always been uneven sadly. Although now that they are tiny they are closer to the same size than they ever have been. ::sigh::

Which one is bigger, if you don't mind me asking. Only wondering if it's your non dominant side and then maybe it's a muscle strength issue. But as far as size, breasts consists of mostly fat, so there's no a whole lot you can do to make them do anything you want them to do. Hopefully when you lose more weight, you will even out. Lots of people have uneven breast sizes, so you might be finding out that this is the natural you.

There really is nothing you can do about it, except find a bra with pockets and add more to the one side.

Do you do regular breast checks? I had lost quite a bit of weight years ago and noticed mine were uneven, that prompted me to check. I found a ridge . . . which turned out to be tumor and, because I noticed the visual difference, I caught it very early.
