My journey to loose 180 lbs

Hello my name is Stephen. I have suffered from depression in the last 10 years and resorted to food to comfort me. I am now tired of being like this. I have changed my eating habits three months ago, and went from 397lb down to 374lbs today. This is a very big challenge for since I'm a chef as work. But I'm very committed to change my life.

    Hi Stephen, sounds like you have made some great strides already, well done! And being on track for 3 months already is a massive achievement, that's roughly the time it takes for your motivation to change to turn in to healthy new habits - making it easier to maintain from here on out. Stick to your new habits, and you got this!

    Hi Stephanie. I am married to a Chef. I too have been in a big depression. Lost my dad unexpectedly and still feel his loss. Would love to share and trade healthy eating dinner ideas. My chef works so many hours plus the stress…. I found challenges help me stay on track. Hogwarts is my favorite. It will start again soon. Lost and gained weight but trying to lose weight again. We are planning vacation to Kauai in one year. Last time we cooked every meal for two weeks.
