HRM strapping it on

Hi,

I just bought a HRM but i'm a little unsure as to the placement of the chest strap. I know it's supposed to be on your chest but does that mean it goes right on top of the lady bits? under the bra? does it actually stay put? I probably come across as the biggest nincumpoop ever but i want to make sure I do it right. Any advice is much appreciated!

    I put mine directly under my bra's band. Like just beneath it.

    Under your "girls", where your bra band sits. Bra goes over it. :)

    tuck it under the bottom band of your sports bra

    I put mine right under the bottom of my sports bra.

    Really the only way to put on a HRM ladies is to have an official HRM installer do it for you. You will know these guys, (they are always men) because they will wear hats that say, "Official bikini inspector"

    I have a picture of me wearing my HRM in my profile, no bra. but you get the idea.
