Hi, my name is Chris, from Buffalo, NY, and I’m new to this app. I’ve been on a weight loss journey over the course of the last year… so far I’m down 85lbs! It’s been a lot of work, but I knew it wasn’t going to happen overnight! I’m over the hump now, and as long as I keep it up, I know that at this time next year I will be right where I want to be! I’m currently into walking, and bicycling a lot, as well as a big fan of intermittent fasting and “lazy keto” (I still have the occasional carbs, like croutons and some crackers) No sugar though. Only water or black coffee or tea. Well, that’s me for now, wish everyone well on their journey!
