Just wanted to get a feel for the folks that are on other forums, or have been around the internet. I think there was a thread about internet resumes a while back, this is similar, but I want to know about public forums specifically.

I do. I've been using online chat since about 1998. Started with ICQ and now I host a private forum for a group of friends. In between there were yahoo forums, brewing forums, makeup forums, wedding forums, ghost hunting forums, offroad forums.. basically, if it was a hobby I could do, I joined a forum for it.

and now the word 'forum' has lost it's meaning. It just sounds funny. Forum. lol.

ghoststudy.com .. it may be paranormalsoup.com ... you have to register, and they're pretty damn serious about their ghost hunting, but I have always enjoyed it there. Man, I bet it has been a year since I've visited.

Can I hijack your thread thanks. How do you know if children can see ghosts? Say a 1.5 year old?

A few fitness forums, screen-printing/t-shirt one (not for awhile tho) and I read creepy stories on a survivalist board.

    http://www.survivalistboards.com/showthread.php?s=a5010f155774732ef9bf73a1efda4186&t=57236

If you're ever bored (specially at night) I suggest readin that thread, you won't be able to go to sleep! It's all about weird things that happen out in the bush, camping or on trips, all supposedly true stories.

If that links not allowed, sorry I'll get rid of it.

That's a tough call - it depends on which school of thought you're in.. there are those that look for paranormal activity and proof in all kinds of daily events: "Oh, little baby Jimmy stares at the wall and talks baby gibberish - he must be talking to dead aunt Cathy!" .. and there are those that look for paranormal activity in more unique and almost quantifyable ways: "Five year old Jimmy saw a picture of dead aunt Cathy, whom he's never seen a picture of before, and says that's the lady that sometimes talks to him while he's playing GI Joes." Personally, I don't think you can know if a 1.5 year old sees ghosts unless they're able to communicate something tangible that could be possible evidence.

LOL ... don't worry. If there were something in the house, you'd probably know it by now.

Ravelry, Lush, Little Lost Lushies, Literotica....basically knitting, toiletries and erotica! Used to co-run a huge Playstation forum, then one for Wii. Don't really bother with games fora these days (very little time) unless there's something specific I need to know!

I was a regular on bigsoccer.com for a while, and also on the LotRO forums when I played. I haven't been on either in a few months, though.
