Las Vegas based. Have been on MFP for over 10 years. Was quite lazy over Covid years now firing the workouts back up. Tony Horton follower. So, you’ll see a lot of his workouts on my TL. Bonus Hawaii pics as well!

    Did I think Tony Horton was Canada’s donut and coffee haven, Tim Horton? Yes. Yes I did. Was wondering what a donut and coffee workout would look like. Was hopeful and looking forward to new inspiration. But alas.
