    Hi! Welcome!

    My suggestion is to focus on recipes that are based off your goal. Don’t weigh yourself daily… it causes frustration. Instead, focus on a weekly weigh-in and be consistent on the day. Lower your calorie goal slowly.. don’t go nuts right away!
