Are there any groups that we can join? My goal is to lose 4 pounds a week, looking for a group with similar goal.

Unless you're well into the mid 200's and higher, that's a pretty tough goal. You can go to the groups section and check though.

So you wrote that you gained 30lbs over covid. If you just want to lose 30lbs then losing 1lbs per week would be sensible. Let me tell you why. So lets assume you're a man (you don't say so) and your daily calorie need to neither gain nor lose weight might be 3000 calories. To lose 4lbs per week mean you'd need to eat 2000 calories less every single day, leaving you with just 1000. How long do you think you will keep that up, keep your hair, your energy, your body functioning properly, your brain being able to get you through your working day, your muscles? There is a reason why the highest weight loss goal you can chose here is 2lbs per week, because your body can only lose a certain amount of body fat per day, and because your body starts munching on muscles, and because it's not sensible, as in: totally unhealthy. And 2lbs is only for people who have a lot to lose, not just 30lbs. Sorry for being so harsh, but a bit of realism might be good for you.2
