Hi, just wanted to see how others are adding more vegan and vegetarian proteins to their diets.

    I’m not vegetarian but eggs, beans, tofu, yogurt and cottage cheese are my non-meat choices.

    #TwitchyMagee I cook vegetarian all the time. Probably the best thing to use is Lentils and chick peas. You can do so much with both. I also have tons of recipes.

    Tofu, lentils, chickpeas and beans are my go-to plant protein sources
