Advice please

I need help staying on track. I also need help with motivation I have over 100 pounds to lose. Any inspirational will help

    Hi Faith! Staying on track and finding (and keeping) that motivation really is hard. I'm also on a journey and still have about 30 pounds more to lose. One thing that helps me stay focused is remembering that nothing tastes better than being thinner feels. I get hungry all the time and what to binge on chocolate and chips. When I reach for them I try so hard to remember that the taste and satisfaction will last only a moment, but the result (extra weight and cholesterol) will last a much longer time and be nearly impossible to get rid of. I also try to remember how nice it feels that my pants aren't quite so tight on me today as they were a few weeks ago. With each pound I lose, my body is more comfortable moving around and fitting into my close. I hope this helps.
