Should I try for 200?

WoW! I'm amazed with myself. I didn't think I could do it, but I did ๐Ÿ˜ I just completed 120 squats. I didn't do them all at once. I did them in 2 sets of 20 about every one to two hours of each other.

Tempted to see if I can do 200 by the time I go to bed. Just not sure. Mainly because of how sore I will be tomorrow & if I'm even able to. Definitely going to try to do a minimum 40 wall push-ups. Kinda want to see if I can do 200 wall push-ups too, but not sure about it.

I've never been this excited or in shock. Day one of a new me. I'm curious to how everyone in my life will be with this. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜‡

Day one and you did 120 full range of motion squats? For me that would cause some soreness and I use up to 200lbs of extra weight to squat.
Anyway, too much too fast isn't a good idea if you haven't exercised in a long time.

Yeah. I probably didn't do them perfectly. I did just the gorilla style squats. I have a feeling my ex-boyfriend, who used to be a bodybuilder (don't know if he is now), would be critiquing me the whole time.
