64F, Thyroiditis with Hasimoto's Thyroiditis, Sjogrens Syndrome
My doctor start me on Mounjaro 2.5mg four days ago.
SW 227
GW 198
Ride my bike 2 to 3 miles a day.
Alternate days doing:
Elliptical 20 min
Hand weights upper body 17 min
Simming pool fast walking resistance.

Hello, and welcome! I'm 66F, been here for . . . ooo, a long time now, currently in year 6+ of weight maintenance. I'm severely hypothyroid, but the basic sort that's less complicated to deal with - worked up to the right dose of levothyroxine, and now I'm fine.
