Got this shirt a couple of months ago and it was almost skin tight. It felt so good to put it on and have some room in it. Excuse the mess that I look like. I've been sick the past few days.

Way to go Sean! Be proud of all the little things and use them as fuel to continue, if you can enjoy the journey the destination actually doesn't matter as much. Life is more than a start and a finish and so should our health/weight/body composition goals.1
