Hello, I am new to this and due to some unforeseen medical issues over a long period of time I am over weight outta shape and in need of some help getting my butt in gear. I am in search of some support.

    Mind set take a huge part of weight loss. I find myself eating pretty much .the same foods over an over. To help me with my eating habits. An my mind set. Pushing myself to do more cardio, along with weights. It's not easy but we believe in our self. To reach those goal. Just dont give up an keep pushing yourself. To improve each step ,of weight loss.
