Hello, I was here's years ago, got caught up in other issues and left till now. Was much younger and not as big as I am now. I am 176lbs need to lose at least 40 of those lbs. Because I have fatty liver disease ( Nash), stage 3, I need to lose this weight. But my health has been so that I am so tired I have trouble even doing housework, I am going through some tests to find out why I am so exhausted, I force myself to walk at least twice a week, but it's not very far! And I have arthritis in my knees, have fibromyalgia,so in a lot of pain, my own worst enemy! So any help you can give me would be very appreciated!
Thank you for reading!

Hello, and welcome! I'm over 60, too (66), but kind of an MFP oldie, now in year 6+ of weight maintenance.

It sounds like you have a lot of challenges, but are getting onto a good track to make progress, with the medical tests, some challenging but moderate exercise, and coming back to MFP. I think you can make progress, and I'm cheering for you.

I'm not sure what kind of help you're looking for? If there are specific questions, please post them. For a possible source of camaraderie, support, etc., maybe consider joining in this thread?

If you open that up and see old posts, don't be discouraged. It's been going a long time, and like all long-running threads here, the newer posts are at the end, on the higher-numbered pages. You can skip straight there, if you like.

Wishing you success here this time around!

When i feeling tired. I increase my protein supply. To give me that energy to push me exercise harder.
