Hi MFP! Name any food / snacks.. / condiments, whatever it is, that you HAVE to have everyday. or even on your grocery list! (healthy too please!) What are your favorites? :)

Mine:

- Ezekiel low sodium whole sprouted grain toast.
- Trader Joes Peanut Butter unsalted
- Trader Joes raw almond butter
- Quaker Oats **Weight Control** Maple & Brown Sugar
- Kashi Go Lean (original) with blue diamond unsweetened almond milk
- Strawberries! <3
- Trader Joes Pineapple Salsa (a must buy!)

    - Small snack packs of diced fruit, it feels more satisfying that way
    - rice cakes, cottage cheese and marinated fire roasted peppers - the brand I use is 'always fresh'

    ~ GRAPES!! Always have to have grapes
    ~ Any kind of hummus (I have a recipe for Spicy Lime/Cilantro hummus that is amazing!)
    ~ I small serving of dark chocolate (I'm a chocolate fiend so I let myself have a little bit everyday)
    ~ String cheese. A great filler when I'm hungry in between meals

    o a mix of raw cashews/raisins/seeds/cranberry and pecans.

    o champagne he he but I am cutting down on that.

    My new favorite snacks are VitaTops. They're 100 calorie muffin tops loaded with vitamins, the deep chocolate is soo good. I eat them slow to savor them and make them last.:tongue::tongue:
