I was on here before-but just decided to delete my account and start over-I need motivation! I run a blog that I try to update it as with what I'm eating and excersizing ..etc.-it's himynameisallyson.com! Please add me and I'll try my best to keep you motivated! :)

    hey there- small world- born and raised in IA- moved for college, but back and living in the corn state:) Who would have known there'd be more of us on here....

    Iowa here too!...not looking forward to winter...been on MFP for about a year and a half. Works GREAT! Motivation? Be your own best friend and do for yourself what a best friend would do. Care for yourself! ;-)
