Out of curiosity, I added up the time I logged over August, and was completely surprised to discover I'd totaled 22 hours for August. And that's just the time I actually logged, which did not include stuff like grocery shopping (hour+ walking while pushing a cart laden with enough food to feed 6) or walking the dog. Huh, go figure.2

I estimate my September exercise time as 17 hours (on the lower side of caution). Still have time to make it 24 hrs1
