Eating more calories?

When I exercise it adds on more calories that I can eat for my calorie count, should I eat these or will this only help me maintain my weight, not lose it?

eat under your TDEE you will lose weight, eat at your TDEE you maintain, eat more then your TDEE you gain. really thats all there is to it0
