So I am NOT new to My Fitness Pal...this is my nth account, because I keep wanting to "start over" with how I'm going about my weight loss. Well, not anymore. This is going to be the last account I make, and if I delete this one, then I guess I'm just going to have to find another plan of action. Anyways...my basic goal is to work out 45 minutes EVERY DAY and eat within my calorie range for a healthy, recommended weight loss of one pound a week. Sounds terribly slow, I realize this. But patience is a virtue, and 15 weeks isn't so bad after all ;)
