I really don't understand what's happening here I'm not sure how to scan my food it doesn't seem to

To scan food press the scan bar and it should turn on your camera. Line up the scanner on the bar and it should be done. You can contact support if this is not helpful. This is the best app I have used and I have used a lot of apps. I have been in here for several years but this is the first time I reached out on the post. I hope this helpful.
