    Hello, I have used myfitnesspal before and then switched to weight watchers. That worked for a little while and then i got frustrated. So instead of paying for something I am not using I decided to come back to myfitnesspal. Id love some encouraging uplifting friends.

    Welcome! It’s a way of life for sure. Been at this consistently for about 4 years now. Could always use more mf pals to keep me accountable and to share positivity.. what are you doing to find health? Any specific plans?
