Hi all ! I'm Kay,48, live in Canada!
I'm in a positive and inspirational path in my life. I've had gastric bypass, lost 300 lbs BUT have gained a small bit back and I didn't have the surgery to regain. Being overly confident & bad choices have led me back here .
So let's do this together.
