Hi This is Abhishek Roy from India.
I have recently joined fitness pal premium with an aim to loose body fat , keep an eye on my eating habit , nutrients consumed and staying fit .
I am an ultra marathoner, long distance cyclist, trekker and hiker and an aspiring iron man.

Hello, last year at around this time I started a 100+ day streak in which I lost +/-30 lbs.
I'm still holding there but I would like to make more progress.
