MFP Webcams

Wouldn't it be cool if we had some way of, ya know, spying on each other?

Actually I was thinking of this in the context of like working out together with MFPeeps or competing with each other in some way. I'm curious if anyone has done this before with any site that enables video conferencing?

    If you guys get a common room on tinychat and link it in here, you can have like 10-20 webcams going onscreen at once. Mute/block whatever ones you don't like.

    I think they're public though, so you randomly get users you don't know showing up. But there may be a password option.

    that actually would have been cool to do the 1500 / 300 challenge together and cheer each other on (or **** talk) each other to keep each fired up and keep going, without stopping.

    what good is cheating going to do me? No way, no sir. I don't even do "girl" push-ups. I will say, though, briefly thought of going on another 5 sets, and then was afraid I might blow chunks, so I stopped....

    No, really I've got several friends that do workouts from youtube (Zuzana) or other at home stuff and make challenges out of em. And it'd be cool to make it RL competitions.

    webcams always lead to nasty things one way or another, then someone somewhere would get stalked, and die, and webcams be banned. lol

    Would it be creepy if a local gym offered a service where you could pay & log in to their specialty classes via webcam so that you could join in from home?

    Man, I THOUGHT I had a dirty mind..... sheesh. I TOTALLY got where you were coming from about being able to work out together, keep each other in check, etc. Maybe because we did a challenge tonight, together, separately around the same time that I get it. I would SO go for it.

    It only gets dirty if and when people ALLLOW it to go there.

    I guess not when we're posting our bra sizes, bj's or handy and kissing techniques, lol. Posting videos all of that on MFP would have threads shut down left and right within seconds. :tongue:
