I’ve been on this journey for so long, but I keep stepping off the train.
My always intend to get back in after I fall, but I leave it so long, I gain everything I lose.
This time I’m determined, if anyone out there is struggling too, maybe we could join up and help each other along the way. Xx

I'm exactly the same as you. I have done this over and over and OVER again and have an entire drawer full of race t-shirts etc...that I can't wear!
Onward and upwards though...for both of us!
