New to MFP (sort of)

Hello,

I’m here because I’m fed up with ww and the inconsistent weight loss and changing programs as well as from being inspired by my friend’s success and my husband’s using mfp. I have used this before but never consistently or for very long. Super excited that since Sunday I’ve dropped 8 pounds so finding this really motivating! Looking to learn and be inspired from others.

    Good luck - of all the things I have tried, MFP has been the most effective.

    I always gained the weight back on WW because they don’t stress change of lifestyle. And with intermittent fasting, you gain it all back if you don’t stick with it. MFP is the only place I have lost weight in a healthy way and kept it off.

    I am currently on WW, but at a standstill with my weight loss. So I figured I would try MFP again. I am thinking I am eating too much of my 0 point foods. Hopefully I will get the help I need here to start losing again, and maybe give up WW.
