Not as much as I had hoped for but it's still a loss. My goal was to be 140 for the weigh in on 9/28. I think this is still possible. I've just got to keep my exercise going.

I'm Jaimie, I am a mom of 2 (7 and 4), a taekwondo instructor, and a chemistry tutor. I have taken up "running" (combo run/jog/walk) and have been doing a few 5K's near my home in Indiana. I have just started a lifting regimen to build more upper body strength so I can join my tkd collegues in a Tough Mudder in April... we'll see

At the end of this I am going to buy a sexy dress when i get to my goal weight, there is a party every year & i want to look very hot.
For the next challenge when i complete it i will do something that costs no money (its so tight @ the mo) like having a girly night in doing each others nails, hair & make-up, watch films. I have never done this before.0 -

I am still @ my starting wweight grrrrr. I was up a pound this weekend but I got right back to eating 'somewhat' better! I am falling behind on exercise tho. Stealing my dad's gym pass this weekend and next week! I am determined to losee! 145 and I'm getting my hair dyed! So i gotta hop to it!

I love to read and my favorite way to exercise is walking, light jogging.

Ive been thinking about buying the Michael Jackson Wii game for a couple of months now. So, when I reach my goal for this challenge, I will reward myself with the MJ the Experience Wii game.0 -
How has everyone's weekend been?
I have been working this weekend & did not do exercise last night. I have work tomorrow so i am hoping to get a work done before i go to work. I better get up early before the kids do, workout, grab a shower before chasing the kids to get ready for school & then the house work. busy day tomorrow0 -
When I make my goal weight I'll plan me and my boyfriend a little weekend getaway....I've really been wanting to go to Sedona Arizona and go on the pink jeep tour. I wanted to do it this summer but it's been so hectic with work so I think that will be some good motivation!0
