  • Welcome!

To edit your information you can click on home and the different sections up there, you can edit your information there. and to get where it keeps track of your weight -ticker- is under tools. Keep track of your food and exercise is under those sections at the top.

good luck to you on your weight loss! This is a great place with lots of motivation!

Enter all your details and set your goals and you will be given an allowance for the day.

Log everything that passes your lips and every bit of intentional exercise and repeat day in day out for several months.

Stick to it and it will work.

This website really gives you what you put into it.

If you are honest about your food and excerise log.

    Then you will lose weight.

If you ask questions on the forumns people will always respond. It may not be what you want to hear all the time, but they will always be there to support you.

    Good Luck!

And you have to eat at least over 1200 calories! If you don't, you will go into "starvation-mode". And you will stop losing weight ;)

Even 1200 is almost too low to be eating when you are working out hard and trying to lose weight. 1200 is just enough to get your body through out the day without a work out. If you add a work out you need to increase your calories, so your body has enough energy to regroup your muscles and allow them to get stronger!
  • Hi there, i'm also new to all this, never used a forum before. Just started on a new diet regime, which I am hoping to stick to......Just reading all about other people's success stories is motivation enough. Looking forward to seeing my counter move along as far to the right as possible :)
