Goal is to eliminate alcohol from my weekly diet. I have pushed the one glass of wine a night a little too much.
*Weigh in a minimum of every Monday morning
* 10,000 steps a day
* get in at lease 20 mins of me time a day
* track 85% of my food with average daily intake of 1500-1700 calories.
9/6: I got 13,202 Steps in! My legs hate me. I had no alcohol last night and it was a great night of sleep. I failed miserably on my calorie intake but it was a good starting point for how to gauge where I need to be.
9/7: Weight was 231 more than I thought it was, I hadn't weighed myself in a long time. It's ok though! Finished the day out strong, no alcohol. Just over 11,000 steps. My calorie intake was a little low. Over all good day. I did go on a walk over lunch, I was not wearing the proper socks and now have blisters, nursing those as we speak.

I know what happened here, I had a super late dinner, actually I am not sure why I even had dinner, considering I wasn't actually hungry at the time. But I had a rare night where both kids weren't up and husband just got home from work, and it was one of those moments to finally sit down and have a meal together! So I'd say my body didn't have time to process the meal, so I am not upset about this fluctuation, confident that tomorrow it will be down again.

I lost a lot of weight a year ago because I found out I have Fatty Liver (NASH), stage 3...now I have gained it all back and need to lose it all again😢 Last time I could exercise but now I feel so tired all the time I can hardly get around. So I am hoping this September weight management will help me;

I set a goal of 80.5 by Sunday and it’s Tuesday that I got 80.8kg. 300g out but getting close. Just really need to watch the food intake. Doing iF, keeping to 1500-1600cal a day. I feel if i can restrict it to 1400cal per day I’ll have better luck with weight dropping off. No extra exercise as I am super active with walking and do 10-15 steps a day, it’s really the eating I need to moderate.2 -
