Does anyone have any good exercises for tightening up bingo wings?
Also, since I've been losing weight, most of it has come from my hips but now the area around my hips feels a bit wobbly, are there any exercises that can tighten this area up?
Thanks in advance

bingo wings are the saggy bits when you hold your arms up....I have heard that tricep dips help tone that area0

you cant tighten..no matter how many exercises you do.
you also cant 'tone'.
most people who find themselves in these situations never put into account muscle loss when dieting.
to combat this when dieting, incorporating heavy lifting, eating enough protein and not cutting calories too drastically.
its called skinny fat...no matter how much weight you lose you'll still feel fat and flabby..its because of loss of lean muscle mass.0 -
The rower is making my arms a lot stronger and more defined, you have to keep putting the intensity up week by week like you would with weights, it also really helps my hips, stomach and shoulders, even back fat!! just 3 mins either end of your gym workout, but at a high level.0

Anything is possible .... regardless of how much weight or muscle you have lost, you have the ability to tone / tighten / gain muscle back. It is hard work ... but very possible. The key is to exercise daily ... Cardio for weight management / loss and weight lifting for tone / muscle. You will NOT see results instantly. Give your self 60 days of a set workout plan and then compare the results. Take a picture of your arms and belly before you begin and look for results 60 days later, sure they won't be drastic ... but you will be well on your way. Hard work and determination are the key to success.
PS ... In the US they call them " Bat Wings ". And, I don't just speak these words .... I live with the results, I have lost over 150 lbs in two years and I am very tone. Mt friends refer to me as the " Machine ". Not sure that is a compliment, but nonetheless ... I will take it ! Have an awesome day and NEVER give up ! Half the battle is in your mind and motivation ... the other half is in ability to follow thru.0
