First Goal Met!

This morning I jumped on the scale and discovered I have met my first goal in weight loss--moving out the obese BMI. I'm a 6'1" female, so I'm a bit of outlier and I don't think that BMI is 100% accurate when you move way beyond average.
Regardless of that, it's a good feeling to know that the next time I go in for a doctors visit they're not going to give me the obesity lecture and that I'm moving on the right path to better health ^_^.
