Newbie

Greetings all! Thank goodness for my friend Jess for introducing me to this wonderful site. Diets.......You name it, I've tried it! Some with great success and others, not so much. LOL I have never been good at food and exercise tracking. This website is a revelation. Easy to use and very motivating. I know I am preaching to the choir. It was quite the shock to see the actual calorie count of what I was eating. I eat well, I just eat too damn much. And away I go.........:smile:
